We consistently identify dozens of opportunities that exceed our internal investment capacity. We seek strategic partners aiming for higher return margins in a collaborative model.

See below for a step-by-step guide to the workflow and investment process when becoming an investing partner.

Step 01:

Capital Contribution

Opening the doors to a new world: Our research identifies far more properties than we have available capital for.

The investor provides the capital, the company manages operations, and the profit is divided at the end.

Investment amounts: Investments range from $10,000 to $100,000 in the standard structure. Amounts above that include customized proposals.

Step 02:

A Company Opening

A company will be opened in the US where you will be an investing partner with a 50% stake.

If you already own a company in the US, you can choose to add it as a partner instead of your individual business.

In the contract, you are defined as the investing partner and Partners Deed as the operator.

Step 03:

A Current Account Opening

We opened a current account for the new company.

All capital will be moved exclusively through this account.

The investor will have access to view and monitor the account throughout the partnership period.

Step 04:

Research and Participation in Auctions

With the bureaucratic aspects resolved, the analysis and participation in auctions begins.

To maximize security and profitability, capital can be invested in multiple properties together with other partners.

Step 05:

Flipping (Reform or Adaptation)

Once the property is auctioned off, the process begins of:

-> Regularization of documentation.

-> Property cleaning.

-> Necessary reforms (according to the strategy).

-> Marketing materials for sale to brokers, investors, and social media.

Step 06:

Flipping (Reform or Adaptation)

Ao realizar a venda, todas as despesas são pagas.

O capital inicial é retomado juntamente com o proporcional dos lucros.

Caso o investidor queira reinvestir, um novo contrato é realizado.
