Our team analyzes hundreds of opportunities to participate and win.

Capital Contribution

The investor makes the auction payment on the day of participation.

Company Opening

Where a 50/50 ownership partnership is guaranteed.

Transfer of properties

Once the company is up and running, the properties are transferred.

What is the expected return for the investor?

We complete 2 to 3 full cycles per year, each cycle involving the purchase, cleaning/renovation, and sale of the property. In each cycle, our minimum margin for the investor has been 35%, in some cases reaching 50%.*

We are not an investment fund; here, you, the investor, are a sole proprietor. In other words, we open a company where we are partners, and all financial transactions after the company’s opening are conducted through the company’s account with complete transparency.

As partners, we share the proceeds, that is, the net profit when the property is sold. Therefore, there is no set timeframe; you receive your capital plus your share of the profits when the property is sold and received.

You make the deposit in dollars or USDT. If you don’t know how, we have ways to teach you that allow you to do this without paying the high fees of traditional banks.

Absolutely! Everything we do is legal, pays taxes, and is completely transparent. That’s why we open companies with partners, to keep everything transparent.
